Les soins de santé dans le cadre de la protection sociale au Cameroun : une perspective d’extension

Résumé : L’objet de ce travail est d’envisager l’avenir de la protection sociale de la santé au Cameroun. Les soins de santé, bien que de qualité améliorable sont difficiles d’accès. Par ailleurs, l’assurance maladie est presqu’inexistante au Cameroun. Toutes choses qui justifient la suggestion de l’extension de la protection sociale au volet santé à travers la création et la mise en pratique d’un fonds de santé destiné aux Camerounais qui seront exclus des régimes reformés de l’Etat et de la Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale (CNPS) qui existent déjà. Ainsi, le Cameroun pourra atteindre l’objectif de couverture nationale par la protection sociale de la santé.
Health care within the framework of the social welfare in Cameroon: a prospect of extension
Abstract : The object of this work is to promote the future of the social protection of health in Cameroun. Health care as it is offered is not of good quality and it is not easily accessible. In addition, there is no health in Cameroon. All things which justify the suggestion of the extension of the social protection to the shutter health through the creation and putting into practice of funds of health intended for the Cameroonians who will be excluded from the reformed modes of the State and of the National Social Insurance Fund (NSIF) which already exist. Thus, Cameroon will be able to achieve the goal of national cover by the social protection of health.
